QuickAngle / Help
A little guidance.
A clearer measurement.
Get started with QuickAngle, improve recognition, or reach the developer.
Your first measurement
- Allow camera access, or choose the built-in example (体验示例).
- Point the camera straight at a flat surface with clear lines. Position the vertex near the center.
- Freeze the view to inspect it. Drag rays to adjust them, add missing rays, or remove extra ones.
- Swipe across neighboring angle regions to combine them.
- Use the export menu to save or share the annotated image.
Why are lines missing or readings unstable?
Use good lighting and high-contrast edges. Avoid reflections, shadows, and tilted views. Keep the phone steady. You can adjust recognition settings in Settings, or freeze the image and correct the rays manually.
Can I move the vertex?
In live mode, press and hold the vertex, then drag it. If it does not move, check the vertex-lock setting. The vertex stays fixed after you freeze a measurement.
Camera access or photo saving is not working
Check QuickAngle’s permissions in iPhone Settings. Camera access is needed for live measurement. Permission to add photos is requested only when saving. The built-in example works without camera access.
Does measurement work offline?
Yes. Camera image processing runs on your iPhone. Measurement does not require an account, an internet connection, or an available advertisement. Banner ads need an internet connection and may not always appear.
Where are advertising privacy choices?
When available or required by the consent system, an advertising privacy options entry appears in the app’s Settings. Read the privacy policy for more information.
How accurate are the results?
Readings are estimates affected by perspective, lighting, and image quality. For best results, face the measured plane straight on. Displayed decimal places do not guarantee measurement accuracy.
